YOU MUST INCLUDE: a) Copy Of Receipt, b) Original packing/boxes,
materials, discs, cables, etc. included in original purchase unless
advised otherwise. IF YOU AREN'T SURE, ASK WHAT NEEDS TO BE INCLUDED or this could delay
exchanges or repairs.
1) Print the issued RMA number on the OUTSIDE of the shipping
BOX in large, clear black print.
NOTE: If the product came in a manufacturer's product box, so not use it as shipping box.
Double box! Guideline is to duplicate how you received shipment (put product box
into another box with product box surrounded with bubble wrap or foam peanuts.)
Unprotected products will void our warranty and be returned. Computers and
other fragile components must be packaged properly - we are not responsible for
shippers damage or filing claims. If you do not have original
packing materials, we suggest you take the product to your local shipping store
and have them package for you, i.e. Mailbox Etc., UPS Store, Kinkos (Fedex),
PostNet and others. DO NOT SHIP COMPUTERS BY USPS!
2) Shipment must be prepaid and insured (customer is responsible for lost or
damaged goods) and shipping costs.
3) RMA is good for 14 days from date of issue (item(s) must be received by
Unicom within this time period.) Expired RMA’s may be
returned unopened.
4) By requesting an RMA, customer accepts UNICOM’s
Policies and Terms of
Sale. Ebay purchases may offer different Terms of
Sale - see your receipt for details. Unicom and our distributor’s decision is final. Returned product(s)
will be replaced with the exact or similar item, depending on availability. Any
item that is tampered with, i.e. seals broken, breakage or abuse, written or
defaced in any manner, burnt, chipped, bent or damaged before or during shipping will be void of
ANY warranties, and returned at customer’s expense. Non-authorized
packages will be returned unopened. Items covered under manufacturer’s warranties will
be returned to customer at customer’s expense (see your receipt.)
Items returned that test okay will be charged shipping and a
diagnostics fee of $1.00 - $65.00 or an hourly rate of $50.00 depending on the product/service, prepaid.
Products abandoned (unpaid and/or not picked up within 60 days) will be
sold to recover costs.
