ORDERING FROM UNICOM COMPUTERS
ONLINE ORDERING CREDIT CARD ORDERS (Domestic only) : We accept major credit cards depending on which shopping cart you use. Our merchant services require that BILLING and SHIPPING ADDRESS MUST BE IDENTICAL, otherwise you need to contact us for verification. ALL orders are checked with our merchant services for verification before shipping. Our website is secured for online ordering. Ordering is limited to United States 48 states. WARNING! Any fraudulent use of credit cards will be reported to the appropriate authorities. Oversea's / International credit cards or orders are not accepted at this time. Items are placed in your "shopping cart", which can be reviewed, edited, and totaled upon completion. Once order is submitted, it is considered final. What we like most about the new Shopping Cart are (a) more options to pay, (b) the ability to customize computer systems (add or remove parts), and (c) shipping costs automatically estimated. Even though the shipping charges aren't exact, we have found that in most cases you will actually pay LESS for shipping than what is estimated by our Shopping Cart. Being able to customize your computer system (upgrade or downgrade) is a nice feature too! We will expanding on our computer systems giving you more options. Don't have time to finish your order? No Problem ... With our new shopping cart, you can come back to your order that has not been submitted any time you want and it will still be there. (Cookies must be enabled on your computer to work.) So if you get interrupted before completing an order, simply come back later, click on Review & Checkout to see what've you got in your shopping cart, then continue shopping. Once you've finalized your order, simply press the Visa/Mastercard logo or PayPal logo to process your order. You will receive an email confirmation that your order has been received.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO
PROCESS YOUR ORDER? If you order individual parts or
barebone computer, usually 1 - 3 days. If you order a computer with
operating system, figure 3 - 4 days. This is so we can "burn
in" the computer, i.e. test it for any bad components. If you
need it sooner, please email or call your request so we discuss your
concerns. If you have any questions or concerns regarding a product or ordering online, please contact us before placing your order. Otherwise we assume you accept our shipping methods.
SALES TAX: Sales tax is also automatically calculated if you reside
in Ohio at 7.25%.

free to email an order if you have ordered before and we have your
contact information and credit card on file. Do not emailing credit card
information since it is not secured. Use our secure online ordering
system or Paypal. Or you can call or fax your credit
card information.
HOW DO WE SHIP? Almost all orders are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail with tracking and insured. You will be emailed your tracking number so you can follow your package. We have found this to be the most reliable way to ship. Other options are available - please contact us with your requests. SHIPPING CHARGES: Shipping charges are based on national averages, and your actual shipping charge will be adjusted AFTER it is placed. We only charge you what it costs us to ship, plus a reasonable charge to cover the cost of the box & packing materials -- there are no markups or hidden charges to shipping. Just like you, we don't appreciate companies who advertise low prices only to add outrageously high shipping & handling fees! SHIPPING COMPUTER SYSTEMS and CASES: We box all computers systems and cases to meet UPS specifications for insurance reasons. Because of this, we have to charge an additional $5.00 for the box and packing materials. We don't just include this in the price of the product since there are many who pick up their computers at our shop and we don't feel it fair to charge them if they didn't need it. DISCLAIMER: Guarantee of shipment is by payment only. UNICOM Computers is not responsible for shipping delays due to carrier strikes, acts of nature or lost, delayed shipments, holiday delays and consequences of such. Tracking number(s) will be emailed to you by UPS as long as you give us a valid email address at time of shipment. Prices and availability of any products or services subject to change without prior notice or posted announcement. Purchases from UNICOM constitute acceptance of all our policies and terms of sale. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii: For smaller orders, we can ship via USPS Priority Mail. There is a $5. surcharge to these destinations. UPS or other carries rates will be higher since items must be shipped by air. Please contact us before ordering with your questions or concerns, or you will be charged the extra cost to ship overseas. Shipments to Foreign Countries: None!
